With Marvel Heroes Omega officially launching today on Xbox One, we're creating this Known Issues thread to help track any Xbox One specific issues.
UPDATED 6/30/17
Not all Hero packs have yet rolled out to the Xbox Live Marketplace as of this writing. The Deadpool and Spider-Man packs should be available later today; once these packs have been published we'll update folks to indicate they are available.
Moondragon currently does not offer the Spider-Man Homecoming Suit costume within her inventory. This will be resolved in an upcoming update.

Marvel Heroes Omega has officially launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One!
Now that we are officially out of Open Beta, today (June 30th) will be the last day you can grab one of our Founders store packs from PlayStation Network, as well as any of the exclusive Founders rewards and associated unlocks, such as being able to play Iron Fist before everyone else!
As a token of appreciation for all of those who have supported Marvel Heroes Omega during the beta phases, all players who have purchased at least one Founders store pack will be receiving an exclusive Founders Flourish that will forever show you were among the first wave of superheroes that joined the fight in Marvel Heroes Omega. Ahoy-hoy everyone,
As we depart from our Open Beta and head into our official launch of Marvel Heroes Omega on Friday (6/30), the Eternity Splinter/G costs for heroes will be updated along with the starting amount of Eternity Splinters received after completing the tutorial mission.
The new Eternity Splinter and G costs are...
200 Eternity Splinters / 450 Gs
500 Eternity Splinters / 900 Gs
750 Eternity Splinters / 1,350 Gs
Any new accounts made after the scheduled patch on Friday (6/30) will be given 225 Eternity Splinters after completing the tutorial mission.
Along with these pricing adjustments, the Eternity Splinter prices for Heroes will be adjusted to fit within these new tiers:
Angela - 200 ES / 450 Gs
Ant-Man - 500 ES / 900 Gs

What kind of exclusives do Xbox One players get?
Players who purchase the Avengers Founders Pack, X-Men Founders Pack, Guardians of the Galaxy Founders Pack, Deadpool Founders Pack, and an unannounced Founders Pack will also receive Iron Fist and the Spider-Man Symbiote Costume as a timed exclusive! Founder's Packs go on sale June 30th, 2017. These timed exclusives will remain until August 31st, 2017.
Do Xbox Live Gold Members get a free hero unlock?

| DISCUSSION-Improvements to Loot Boxes and Costume Changes Coming Soon
Ahoy-hoy everyone,
Big improvements to loot boxes are coming soon to Marvel Heroes Omega. Starting on June 30, 2017 (following our scheduled server maintenance), players chances of receiving costumes from a loot box will improve substantially. In addition, new hero-specific Ultimate Upgrade Tokens and Experience Tokens will also be included in loot boxes. In case you missed it, boxes of 10, 25, and 50 Marvelous Essence were also recently added to loot boxes on June 13, 2017.
Players will earn one-time boxes at 5, 12, 15 and 30, then one box for every level 60. These Marvelous Loot Boxes will be granted to players retroactively during our scheduled server maintenance on June 30, 2017.

Thanks to your feedback, we have decided on Friday (June 16) at Noon Pacific, that the starting prices for the inventory/storage prices will be cut in half! You will then be able to carry and store more items for less.

ITEM CHANGES
Catalysts will no longer drop with Mental, Physical or Energy damage types. These affixes have been replaced with Cooldown, Signature and Ultimate affixes.
Removed several incorrect affixes from Hero item affix pools:
Jean Grey can no longer roll Melee Damage
Rocket Raccoon no longer rolls Energy Damage
Gambit no longer rolls Force Damage
Fixed issues with Hulkbuster Munitions and Anti-Reality Grenade artifact tooltips.

We are excited to the announce the new official launch date for Marvel Heroes Omega on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 of June 30th, 2017!
The Beta tag will be taken off the PlayStation 4 version of Marvel Heroes Omega on 6/30 along with the opportunity to obtain the Timed-Exclusive content of Iron Fist and Spider-Man Symbiote Costume. They will be available in some fashion in the future but if you want them now, pick up our Founder's Packs in the PSN Store.
For Xbox One, this is the official launch so the game won't be in a beta version. You guys get the full version day one! Information regarding the Founder's Packs for Xbox One will be incoming so stay tuned.
Remember! There are no more account wipes planned.

Here are some known issues that we are aware of for the PlayStation 4 Head Start. If you are experiencing bugs, please submit it in this section of the forums.
The Warp feature on the Waypoint panel does not function with some Legendary Missions. Support for these Legendary Missions will be added in a future update.
If you Prestige the only level 60 Hero on your account, you may lose the ability to assign Infinity points until you reach level 60 again on any Hero. This is not intended and will be corrected in a future update.
The News panel does not function correctly when accessed via the Radial Menu in-game if your original location upon logging in was not Avengers Tower, and may display an error message when viewed. This will be corrected i

Corrected the amount of Eternity Splinters awarded by the Tutorial mission that can be completed once per account to 525 ES (up from 400).
Fixed an issue where the Planet Hulk (Hulk) and Days of Future Past (Wolverine) Costumes were not being unlocked correctly when acquired from Marvelous Loot Boxes, or when purchased with Marvelous Essence.
Cleaned up some loading screen tips.

Update:
To address the Tutorial Eternity Splinter reward not being adjusted for those who are participating in Head Start currently, we will be granting everyone who logs in this weekend a one-time grant of an additional 500 Eternity Splinters. This will ensure that anyone who may have already purchased a Hero with Eternity Splinters can still unlock another Hero from the 525 Eternity Splinter tier as intended after completing the Tutorial. These Eternity Splinters will be granted via the Deliveries tab within the Inventory in-game the next time you log in, and should be live as of this writing.

With the start of Head Start, all account progress has been reset from Closed Beta, including returning any Gs you may have spent to to unlock additional Heroes or costumes.
From here on out, all progress and account unlocks will be saved through the official release of Marvel Heroes Omega, so be sure to spend your Gs wisely!

Story Mode Changes
Increased Story Mode XP rewards slightly to better match expected level progression through each Chapter.
Reduced the number of XP orbs players need to pick up after completing a Discovery event. Overall XP received is unchanged.
Reduced the healing done by Hand Sorcerers encountered during the Elektra boss battle in Chapter 3.
Reduced the health of Lokis illusions during the Loki boss battle in Chapter 9.
Reduced the health of the barricades that must be destroyed during the Purifier event within the Morlock Underground region of Chapter 5.
Item Changes
